The organizer will provide the lines for the exhibitor, and also this service / pieces of lines belongs to the switchboard of exhibition area. To have a line, you have to register as soon as possible. Serialization will begin with the company who requires the service first. Setting up the system to your stand and the prices for the telephone conversation will be calculated by the organizer/Demos and will be collected by Demos.

A catering area will be at your disposition during the fair. Please don't bring any beverage regarding the health regulation.

This service is valid only if the exhibitor specifies its inquiries via the application form. Otherwise there will not be any responsibility about for the organizer. The price for this service will be calculated by the organizer/Demos and will be collected by Demos.

DEMOS, undertakes to supply one electric socket, free-of-charge 100 watts energy usage for each 3 square meters and 1 spot for each 3 square meters. If the exhibitor requires extra service for electricty, exhibitor will choose the section as the below table.

For the 1-3 kwa three phase and/or monofaze electiricity 35-USD + V.A.T.
For the 4-5 kwa three phase and/or monofaze electiricity 45-USD + V.A.T.
For the 6-10 kwa three phase and/or monofaze electiricity 55-USD + V.A.T.
For the 11-20 kwa three phase and/or monofaze electiricity 65-USD + V.A.T.
Exceeding 20 kwa,  per 10 kwa, the extra price will be 35-USD + V.A.T.
These prices will be paid directly to the organizer by the exhibitor.
